Introduction
This document (the “Terms”) together with the U.S. Privacy Policy (collectively the “Agreement”) sets out the terms and conditions governing visits, access and use of the service by the end user (“you”). We do not claim any intellectual property rights in any User Content.
After directly submitting (“uploading”) your User Content to the Services, you continue to retain any intellectual property rights you may have in your User Content, subject to the license described below.
Platform License
By submitting your User Content, you grant the platform and its affiliates a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works, display, and perform such content in connection with the operation of the service and its promotion.
This allows the platform to display your content on the website, applications, or related marketing materials, while respecting your intellectual property rights.
Responsibility
- You are responsible for all content you upload and warrant that it does not infringe on third-party rights.
- The platform is not responsible for any loss, damage, or disputes arising from the use of your content by third parties.
- Using the Services for illegal, fraudulent, or copyright-violating activity is prohibited.
